Rocester and District Camera Club meets every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month between September to May, with a mix of club evenings including outside speakers, practical nights and competitions.

Practical Studio Lighting
Speaker: David Holland of Expressive Photography, Hilton
David will demonstrate how to use studio lights for people portraits with a model assisting. Bring your camera, everyone gets a chance to take photos using the lights and a wireless trigger.
David lives in Hilton where he has a family portraits and lifestyle studio. He also runs a photoshoot opportunities and mentoring group for photographers.

Iceland 4WD Adventure
Speaker: Paul Bingham
Volcanic landscapes, ice caps and spectacular waterfalls are visited at close quarters on a four-wheeled drive trip across the barren interior to the north coast. En-route encounter the fascinating landscapes and wildlife whilst undertaking a few walks and drives along remote tracks before returning via the east coast to the south and its natural attractions.
Paul lives in Derby and is a prominent member of Derby Ornithological Society. He has travelled widely on birdwatching holidays, always with a keen photographic eye for the landscapes and environments visited.
